Acknowledgements

All purchase orders will be acknowledged via fax or e-mail. Any discrepancies must be addressed

prior to the ship date. All orders are processed and billed per our acknowledgments and are

considered final. All acknowledgements must be signed and returned to us in order to put

purchase order into production.

Artwork Requirements

Please send artwork via e-mail to art@gneind.com and include the company name,

phone and purchase order number on all e-mails. If necessary, you can send disk or camera ready

art as well. PC or MAC: Illustrator 9.0, Photoshop 7.0, CorelDraw 9.0, EPS are the only files that will

be accepted as electronic artwork. All files must be at least 600 dpi resolution.
